RESPTREC Spirometry Course
The Spirometry course will teach individuals how to conduct quality spirometry including basic lung anatomy and mechanics, spirometry equipment, spirometry indications and contraindications, spirometry test procedures, criteria for acceptability and repeatability, bronchodilator responsiveness testing, spirometry office procedures, and basic spirometry interpretation.
CACPT Spirometry Certification
Spirometry Certification provided by the Canadian Association of Cardio-Pulmonary Technologists (CACPT). This certification is intended to improve the quality of Spirometry testing not only for those performing Spirometry Testing in a hospital setting, but in any other facility such as doctors’ offices, family health teams, and research labs.
